Bret Starr founded The Starr Conspiracy in 1999 on a principle that still drives the agency: you shouldn't have to teach your agency what your company does for a living. Over 25 years, he has helped thousands of B2B technology companies grow through world-class brand strategy, go-to-market architecture, and demand generation.

A recognized authority at the intersection of B2B marketing and artificial intelligence, Bret has spent recent years rebuilding how marketing is conceived and executed from the ground up. Under his leadership, TSC has developed AI-native marketing solutions that don't just augment existing processes but fundamentally reimagine them.

He is the author of A Humble Guide to Fixing Everything in Brand, Marketing, and Sales, a book that challenges the performance-optimization mindset that has trapped most B2B companies in a cycle of diminishing returns. He also publishes A Humble Newsletter and narrated the audiobook himself.

Bret previously served on the Vista Equity Partners External Board of Directors, advising one of the world's largest technology-focused private equity firms. Under his leadership, TSC has received more than a dozen national and international innovation awards, including recognition from Fast Company's Best Workplaces for Innovators.
