Careers

We hire people who build things, not people who talk about building things. Two roles. No fluff. If you are the right fit, you already know.

How we work

Built for people who do not need to be managed.

Remote-first

No office. No commute. No dress code. We hire the best people regardless of zip code and trust them to figure out where they do their best work.

Senior by default

We do not have layers of junior staff padding timesheets. Every person on the team owns outcomes, talks to clients, and ships work that matters.

AI-native operations

We use AI the way we tell our clients to: embedded in every workflow, not bolted on as a demo. You will work with tools and systems most agencies have not built yet.

Irreverent on purpose

B2B marketing does not have to be boring. We are strategic and rigorous, but we refuse to be dull. If you have ever been told you are "too direct," you will fit in here.

Open roles

Two roles. No “future openings” list.

AI Workflow Engineer

Full-time · Remote

Build the AI infrastructure that powers a marketing agency that actually uses AI. Content pipelines, automation workflows, prompt systems, model evaluation. Production code, not prototypes.

What you will do

  • Design and maintain autonomous content generation pipelines
  • Build AI-powered tools that make strategists faster and smarter
  • Evaluate and integrate new models, APIs, and frameworks as the market shifts
  • Own the technical relationship between our GTM Kernel and downstream outputs
  • Monitor, tune, and improve system performance and content quality

What you bring

  • Deep hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
  • Production TypeScript/Node.js: you ship, not just experiment
  • Comfortable with databases (MongoDB), cron jobs, and infrastructure
  • Strong opinions about prompt engineering, loosely held
  • Bonus: marketing or content strategy background

Senior B2B Marketing Strategist

Full-time · Remote

Lead strategy for B2B technology companies that are serious about growth. Brand positioning, go-to-market architecture, demand generation, narrative development. The work that makes everything else work.

What you will do

  • Own strategic engagements end-to-end for a portfolio of B2B tech clients
  • Develop brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and GTM strategies
  • Translate complex technology stories into market narratives that drive pipeline
  • Collaborate with AI-native content and demand systems to amplify strategy
  • Present work directly to CMOs and executive teams

What you bring

  • 7+ years in B2B marketing strategy (agency or in-house at a tech company)
  • Track record of building and executing GTM strategies that drove measurable results
  • Exceptional writing and presentation skills: you think in narratives, not decks
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward getting things done
  • Bonus: experience in HR Tech, SaaS, or enterprise software verticals

Career Questions

Common questions about working here.

What you should know before reaching out.

What does "remote-first" actually mean at TSC?

It means remote is the default, not the exception. We have no office lease to justify. Team members work from wherever they do their best thinking: home offices, co-working spaces, coffee shops, different time zones. We hire for talent, not proximity.

What is the interview process like?

A conversation, not an interrogation. You will talk with the hiring lead and one or two people you would actually work with. We want to understand how you think, what excites you, and whether TSC is the right fit for where you are headed. No whiteboard hazing.

Do I need agency experience?

Not necessarily. We value sharp thinking and a bias toward execution over a specific resume shape. Some of our best people came from in-house roles, startups, or completely different industries. What matters is that you can do the work and want to do it here.

What is the AI Workflow Engineer role?

You build and optimize the AI systems that power our clients and our own operations: content pipelines, automation workflows, prompt engineering, model evaluation. This is not a research role. You ship production systems that make marketing teams faster and smarter.

How do I apply?

Drop us a note using the form on this page. Tell us who you are, what you are good at, and what caught your eye. We read every submission personally. No applicant tracking system, no keyword filters. A real human will respond.
